    Why note book dv6433cl can not automatically adjust CPU's frequency?

    the CPU is intel dual core T5300. 1.73Ghz
    the frequency of cpu is fully kept at 1.73Ghz under both Vista and Xp, cannot be automatically ajusted, even at idle period.
    BTW, power model setting is already set on Power saving model.

    futhermore, the CPU's temperature is always over 63c after staring OS about several minutes...even is at idle..

    so I think the reaon of High temperature is the CPU always run at full..


    does anybody have the same situation? help me, please!
