The Blackbird 002 is the first gaming desktop from HP made with Voodoo DNA. Anyone has any idea when will HP release it's own gaming "Blackbird" Laptops?

The Hp 8510p is kind of a gaming laptop....

well HP does own Voodoo so technically they do have gaming laptops...just not under HP branding...

Hopefully they do something with Voodoo. I believe Voodoo rebranded Clevo laptops, but in any case they need to refresh the voodoo brand.

Voodoo still didn't update it's own laptops + it's way over priced. Voodoo calls the HDX the "Business Gaming Machine", but I don't think they will stop at the HDX, especially that it is missing features like SLI.

wow. I would just buy it if it looked sick like the Blackbird rig. I think highly of the blackbird asthetics and engineering.
not to crash on this post but..
have you guys seen that PS3 laptop on engadget. That thing is sick. -
@mntrryrodriguez
Yeah I saw it. It's sick but thick. -

I would not mind seeing a consumer-line based gaming lappy, but not really one under the Voodoo moniker. It would be too expensive to compete with the Dell XPS.......

I wonder if it will have a metallic case. Just like the desktop Blackbird. If they will be releasing one.
