The Blackbird 002 is the first gaming desktop from HP made with Voodoo DNA. Anyone has any idea when will HP release it's own gaming "Blackbird" Laptops  ?

Hopefully they do something with Voodoo. I believe Voodoo rebranded Clevo laptops, but in any case they need to refresh the voodoo brand.

Voodoo still didn't update it's own laptops + it's way over priced. Voodoo calls the HDX the "Business Gaming Machine", but I don't think they will stop at the HDX, especially that it is missing features like SLI.

I totally agree...I feel like even though HP has its problems right now with its laptops I would like to see them do something to the Voodoo line up

wow. I would just buy it if it looked sick like the Blackbird rig. I think highly of the blackbird asthetics and engineering.

not to crash on this post but..
have you guys seen that PS3 laptop on engadget. That thing is sick.

I would not mind seeing a consumer-line based gaming lappy, but not really one under the Voodoo moniker. It would be too expensive to compete with the Dell XPS.......

I wonder if it will have a metallic case. Just like the desktop Blackbird. If they will be releasing one.
