    Will the 8510p's graphics be upgraded to HD 3x00?

    The new ATI cards are almost here and I was wondering if the 8510p will be upgraded to the new cards?

    I don't know...but it might be possible if HP ever ships the 8510p with the HD3?00 cards.

    My hunch is that the GPU is not truly MXM/AXIOM, but rather an HP-flavor of it so that only an HP sourced part would work. But it is a modular GPU, so Ice-Tea might be able to help you find out what type of card it is then.

    I think you misunderstood my question. :p

    I was basically asking when and if HP will ship the 8510p with the new cards.
