    Will the new BIOS help Windows XP?

    With all the hype, and the e-mails about HP promoting an upgrade to it's newest BIOS, I have read that it is a Vista based BIOS.

    So does upgrading to this BIOS affect Windows XP positively?

    i dunno, but maybe you can shed some light on this by telling us what kind of machine this bios is supposed to be for ?

    are you talking of the new f.3d bios for notebooks with amd processors or is it the new bios for the hp 8510p ?
