    Maximum memory: Supports up to 2GB DDR2 Memory
    So unless you have some at least 2 gig of memory module lying around you could put two of the same matching pairs to see if it boots and work to know for sure if it can go above to 4Gig of Ram.

    Any Size of 2.5" should fit they have 500gig if you can find it as long as it is Sata as your connector is that will work as all laptop drives are 2.5" format.

    This is a little more tricky you have to open your laptop up were the CPU is socket and look at the Socket itself and see what the socket identifies the socket type is to make sure your CPU matches up to it. Here is what I found:
