    hello,
yesterday, i have replace my 2 `* 1GB Memory to 2 * 2GB Memory on my HP 6910p. In BIOS MEmory check does not show errors.
But after starting XP, in My Computer Properties i see only 3GB.

I work with severals VMWare Images so i need all 4 GB.

Is this a HP Problem or a Windows Problem?

How can i resolve the Problem

    Thanks for help

Windows XP is 32bit, which is limited to 3gb of RAM

You will need to use a 64bit OS to utilize 4gb

If you want to use all 4gb, you need to install a 64bit OS.
