    Sounds like a multi level marketing scheme. Get people to enroll and when you reach the limit of people then you get to win a chance to win while in the meantime their e-mail database has grown for more mass advertising/phisting.

    Maybe a marketing company hired by HP. I can confirm I received the same email from HP and it seems to be legit. Plus all previous HTML content from HP trace back to the same host.

    I think its legit, since the email came straight from HP's news mail ([email protected])
