I recently installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 on my ze5300. It has been nothing but problems ever since. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help.

    1. My system runs slower than usual.
    2. All my files and folders are now read-only and that cannot be unset.

    Further Information:

I have virus-scanned using up-to-date definitions using Symantec's Norton and McAfee software
    Also, I've run AdAware6 using up-to-date definitions.
