    Windows 8.1 64bit Lagging issues

    Hi,
    I've installed Windows 8.1 Enterprise.My Laptop model is Compaq Presario CQ50-130US. Windows 8.1 was running fine for few days. Then suddenly, started to Lag or stop for 10-20sec. Nothing happens during this time. Also, sometimes, I'm unable to "Lock/Shut down/Restart".
    I don't know what the problem is. Please help me fix this issue.
