Hi frnds,
I have hp dv6000 notebook. i bought it 6 months before. 2 months ago i changed to dual operating system.i installed xp pro.early both os's were working fine. however i was receiving one dialog contains vista activation. i overlooked this problem hence result is i m unable to goto vista desktop. it is asking -

1. online register
2. enter different key
3. open vista with minimal functionalities

There is a vista update that is related to this problem. I am not saying that that is what happened, but you might want to search microsoft's site.
