I am preparing to customize to order a dv4t and was wondering, what exactly is the difference between the Wireless G Card option and the Intex Next Gen Wireless-N-Mmini card option? Is it worth it to upgrade to the Next Gen version?

Two different technologies. G is the current mainstream (up to 54 mbps) but N is the coming technology, currently in draft, probably finalized by 2009. N offers up to 300 mbps if connected to a N router

If you have the few extra dollars, go for N, since N is backwards compatible to G routers. Just be aware that when the final revision is out, you'll likely have to update drivers/bios so that you can get the full benefits of N.
