I just got my R3000z today, and I'm trying to connect to my home wireless network. I have a netgear wireless router, and I can't get on the internet. My Wireless Network Connection Status says that I have an excellent signal strength, and around 11 Mbps speed (when sitting next to the router), but IE would find anything. The support tab says the IP/Gateway/etc is unavailable. That stuff is clearly listed on the Bridge properties. When I physically connect a network cable to the router and laptop, the connection works fine. Its just the wireless that seems to fail.

EDIT: Got it working this morning. Turns out I needed to remove the wireless card from the bridge, it worked like a charm after that. Not exactly sure why that solved the problem though.

it seems like what you had it set up to do was connect through your lan port and rebroadcast on your wireless card as an ad-hock ICS.
