    I finally got my nx9420, its really nice. But, can someone help me with the wireless? It says it's connected to "Pham" with an excellent signal. But the internet still isnt working...

    Did you enable your internet adapter? Go to control panel and then connectivity
    and enable all internet adapters. Also, make sure your router is on and your IP address is correct.

    Do you have your router configured to only allow certain MAC addresses to access the network? I've had similar problems to what you're having, and I eventually fixed them after fiddling for a while. It could be a lot of different things...
