Been running Vista. I was getting 99% on my WIFI signal in most places around the house. I just let windows do a update of the Vista files downloaded by the Windows updater. Now my signal is at 39% and I have not even moved the laptop. What is going on? Is this just some coincidence of my router failing or something else.

I seem to have had this too. I updated the wireless drivers as suggested a couple of posts back and had the full 5 bars. Now I'm down to 2...!
