    Working coupon?

    Everytime i type in the coupon code (NB8474) at checkout the message "The coupon entered does not apply to the items in your shopping cart. Please review the coupon for products included in this offer. ."
    comes up. The computer price is at about $1100. Any ideas?

    I got it to work in the regular online store for the dv8000t, but it would not work in the educational store.

    I also noticed that it seemed to replace the instant $150 off with the $200 - not giving both. The educational discount was still a better deal.

    I may be wrong though, but this seemed to be what I noticed yesterday.

    Yes, it won't let you combine deals so it is not quite as good as it looks at first.

    You can't combine the coupon with the $100 instant rebate. If you enter the coupon then the $100 rebate will be removed automatically. However, the $50 mail-in-rebate will still work.
    Also, you can't use the coupon if you are already using the APP discount.

    The next step after you add an item to the cart. It is during the checkout process where you enter the billing/shipping address etc...but(if I remember correctly) before entering the CC details.
