Here is the computer I just bought.

Look where it says "Fast performance with powerful Nvidia GeForce graphics"
but yet it only offers one choice and that's the intel graphics media accelerator 4500 MHD.
Why would Hp say its powered by Nvidia but they don't even offer it as a choice?
Could a graphics card be put in later if i decided i needed a better one? Sorry. I'm a laptop virgin so i don't know much about them.

I hate to say it, but you can NEVER upgrade the graphics card when it comes with Intel integrated (or any integrated graphics for that matter).

The dv5t used to have the 9300 and 9600M GT as an option, so it seems that the web page needs to be updated.

Well i dont play video games on it so i shouldnt need to have it upgraded but that does suck if i ever wanted to in the future. Oh well. Thanks guys!

Could have been out of stock. HP occasionally takes off config options when its out of stock. And they put it back when it back in stock.
Would this be false advertisement?
