Have you updated your windows? Don't update the graphic driver from Windows Update by the way. Also, update everything from HP Support Assistant.

What is the current version of your graphic driver?

My graphic driver that I have installed is 12.1 WHQL UnifL from leshcat blog IT Tips & Tricks
    Is it bad?
HP SA has everything up to date.
And I have no idea if Windows has updated the drivers, I hope not, I havent allowed it to do it...

Leshcats drivers have not worked nicely for me. Try the DNA drivers.
