    Hi,
    I got my Pavilion dv6500t Laptop with Vista Home Basic. I am trying to install XP. But the problem is, I am not able to see any partitions after booting from XP CD. It is saying there is no active partitions available. Can any one advice me how can i go ahead to install XP into my Laptop.

    I checked it in BIOS.. But I am not able to find where exactlly the feature is exist to disable the SATA drive. can you please include more steps for this
