I pushed a bit on my hinge, and they made a click noise, and the area near the power button (that hinge) where the button panel meets the rest of the casing popped up a bit. I pushed it back with ease (it just pops back down again), but I was wondering if anyone else had this pronlem.

I've only been using my nx9420 for a few weeks but nope...haven't had anything go awry with the hinges. Haven't read anything anywhere either.

One suggestion is because the screens are so large I would never close it by grabbing a top corner. I would tend to use either dead center of the top edge or gentle pressure near the two bottom corners. All that extra screen size might allow for too mauch pressure on the hinges & mountings from leverage.

You might also check the hinge screws to make sure they are snug. Just be careful not to over tighten them. On my Dell's every now and then I would need to sinch down the hinge screws so the screen was not too "floppy."

Not that I am saying you "have a screw loose" or anything... ;)
