So what I'm trying to do is change my ip address so I can access youtube once more. I vistited help other Help forums and it says Something about running cmd and then putting ipconfig or soemthing but it doesn't work for me. Please help me and be detailed

Changing your IP depends on whether your ISP gives you a dynamic or static IP. However I'm not sure what you were doing to get your IP banned from Youtube and aiding a criminal doesn't fly on these forums

May I ask why you think Youtube randomly banned you?? I've been on Youtube for about the last 5 years and have never experienced anything that you're describing.

Although, I did see reports of similar incidents where people were spamming videos to get extra hits. Those people were banned due to the fraudulent ad revenue that could be generated.

May I ask about the last time you were able to successfully use YouTube? What has changed since then that could have prevented you from accessing YouTube?

Discussion of bypassing security measures(like banning/blocking ips) is against the forum rules. If you want to use youtube, contact them.

In the future, I suggest reading the Terms and Services of a site/service before using the site/service.
