    ZBook 15 G3 mouse device settings tabs missing?

    I've removed and re-installed the latest driver from HP and it's still missing!? I've contacted HP and all they keep saying is remove and re-install which I've done numerous times.

    Anyone know how to fix it? I can't adjust the sensitivity of the pad and it's driving me crazy.
