Seems to be very little interest for this machine even though it looks very interesting to me?

Indeed this machine is very interesting. I suppose not many people are in the market for a convertible workstation with touch screen.

But also the ZBook Studio does not seem to receive that much interest strangely enough. It's like the design of the XPS15 combined with the quality of the ThinkPad P52. Perhaps people feel they are to big? To expensive?

However, I don't see any other workstation that can compare with 32GB+ RAM, storage options, etc...
I think that the Spectre is the correct size, but if it was thicker to hold more storage and RAM it would be optimal!improwise likes this. -
Will you keep it?

I also failed to return the XPS15 workstation equivalent in time - the Precision 5530 - which is slightly smaller, but weighs about the same...so have both at present - trying to decide on which one.
Not sure if the x360 can support 3 drives (2 x NVME PCIe + 2.5") - as I got a configuration with only the 2 x PCIe M.2 drives - and I think the HP sales agent said that you have to choose 2 out of the 3. Would have to call tech support to find out.
Specific parts would have to be ordered, as well as the smaller battery I guess...
I don't think they sell the 2.5" drive config at present though - haven't checked recently.
Hate the aluminum finish on the x360 - prefer black like the 5530 Dell.
However, I think HP will come out with a black finish soon - if one notes their recent laptop releases...improwise likes this. -
Note sure the x360 is 1:1 comparable to the Dell XPS, Precision 5530 or X1E are these are not convertibles (maybe that does not matter for your usage but still). Also it is a bit weird to complain about the weight when it is specified in the spec sheet...

However, using an old Toshiba M750 as primary - haven't had time to change over and configure the other units!(Yes, which also has a docking station that is quite functional...)
