    Well,
My laptop finally quit. I've had it since Jun '05.

It got to a point where it wouldn't load. I'd turn it on, it would give two beeps and shut down. It would just repeat the process. I read up on laptop beep codes, and it said to test the RAM. If RAM tested out good, then the system board was probably bad.

Does anyone know where I could find a replacement for this model?

    Yea,
I've found one for $350. I bought a Dell 1501 to keep me sane until I'm able to fix it. I love the ZD too much to let it go.

    $289 shipped

Yea, I believe that it did. I've owned it since April '05. It's been through a deployment or two, and it was used NON-STOP. Everything was in place when I took it apart, and the thermal paste was still there.
