    ZD8000 power Issues

    I did a search but couldn't find the answer. My 2 or 3 year old ZD8000 (one of the first ones available) is having some issues powering on. It seems like the issue is where the plug meets the computer. seems like it wiggles causing a short. i thought someone once mentioned to me this is a common problem but there is another way to power up the computer .. maybe through the port on right side???? Help! thanks jim
