Hey, the ZIF connector from the power button to the motherboard was a little loose I guess and it broke off.

My question is do I have to solder every little thing that I circled below seperately? Or can I just connect them all together with 1 large solder?

You'd have to do them individually.

Are all the copper pads still there? Hard to tell from the pictures but some of the pads look like they might have been ripped off.

Apply flux on the header and tin the legs. Apply flux on the systemboard and apply solder so it blobs up on each track. Place the header over the systemboard and use a heatgun to heat the legs. This is the reflow the solder to join them, giving great results. Use a digital multimeter's continuity test on the legs to ensure adjacent are not short connected, unless the underlying track connects them.
