I'm trying to fill out the rebate form I printed that says at the top
"It's a win, win, win situation." If any of you have used this same form, maybe you can help.
They ask for a packing list with the purchase price circled. I ordered online from HP shopping, and received only a hard copy titled "Item Description" which lists the specs, but no price. Should I print out a copy of my online order which does have the price with it?
In the list of eligible models, they don't include my exact model, the ZT3300. They say all other models other than those specifically listed are excluded. Does this mean mine's not eligible?
Thanks in advance!

If you CTO (configured to order) online or via phone, then your zt3000 is eligible. The last line of the rebate says, 'including configure-to-order HP Pavilion notebooks PCs'. I also asked the rep before I ordered and he said yes, I qualified because of the CTO. Those model names listed in either of the $100 rebates (win x 3 or cool deal...cool notebook) are the pre-configured modules (e.g. zt31xx, zt32xx, etc).
As for the packing list, I am not sure. I ordered over the phone and only received the confirmation emails. This will be what I have to send because no 'packing list' came in the box. Hopefully, someone else can shed some light on this for us. -
your online order summery is what they consider your packing list if you order online or by phone. I had this same question and I called them for the answer. I have sense sent in my rebate and recieved my check about 25 days later.

Just for clarification, when you click on your order number, you get the 'review order' page. This page shows your laptop and how you customized along with final price charged and where they shipped it to. This is the page we send. Correct?
Thank you in advance.
