Whenever i'm typing anywhere the end mouse blinking cursor moves to the exact position where my mouse pointer is, so i have to keep brining it back to the line i'm typing or the words get all meshed up.

It usually happens when my laptop is on for a long time.

This has been happening for more than a yr & even after reformatting it.

    Any solutions?

    It's an amd64 laptop, 512 ram

if your laptop's touchpad happens to be ON when you are typing, then that's your problem...
either turn it off or place a sheet of paper over it, so your thumbs or hands won't accidentally touch the pad and move the cursor around....

or if you happen to use a USB laser mouse, then that might be your problem... some cheap laser mice tend to move around on their own from time to time, I'm still trying to figure out why....

no, it's not my thumb touching it. This happens everytime the laptop is on for a long time.
