Hey guys, I haven't been here in a while so maybe that's a good thing lol......

I've had my zx5000 for about 4 years now and I just started having my first serious issue.

Last week I was on my laptop and I got a blue screen saying a serious error occured and it needed to dump my physical memory and restart...

This error has been happening when I am running applications. I then have to boot in safe mode then restart my laptop and then it can finally boot into windows normally. I then get a windows error message saying my system has recovered from a serious error and to back up my files. The error is the following:

    C:\DOCUME~1\user1~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER25c3.dir00\Mini092407-02.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\user1~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER25c3.dir00\sysdata.xml

I deleted everything in my :\windows\minidump\ folder and ran a disk check on my c: drive. I also resynched my hard drive and one memory card since I have no clue how to get to the other one. I know it's located on the kryboard side of the laptop but i cant seem to "pop" the top piece off...

I'm assuming this is a memory problem so I downloaded mtest to see if it notices any problems with my memory.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
