    most people recommend going up 5 MHz at a time and then play a game or something to make sure its stable. I have the same setup so I'll give you what I over clocked with without problems.

    Noraml: GPU = 310MHz, Memory = 190.5MHz
    aquamark3 = 19,251
    3dmark03 = 2,508
    PCMark = 3,955
    3DMark01 = 9,096

    Overclocked: GPU = 370MHz, Memory = 256.5MHz
    aquamark3 = 24,257
    3dmark03 = 3,115

    thats my over clocking info I have saved. I think I had slight problems at 370 so maybe you should start around 350MHz and see how that goes. I have to say I'm new with overclocking, so I'm sure someone else will be able to give you better help then me I just thought I'd tell you what I could. I this those numbers are pretty safe if its not you will see artifacting (little spots on the screen) that means its not stable and turn it back some. If the system locks up then you need to turn it back more like 10-15MHz. otherwise 5Mhz at a time. I think overs overclocked the memory much more but I never did. If you want to be really really safe just increase both 5Mhz at a time until it starts acting weird then turn it back 5 and your set.

    the 3dmark01 I got later on. Actully you asked me to get that one and run it for you to give you more information about the system's performance. When I overclocked my system it was before that time and once I ran those 2 test I had at the time I then uninstalled the omega drivers because I didn't like a few things about them. If I reinstall radlinker I will run it for you though
