i know that i shouldn;t block the fan on the bottom since it is intake fan (i think) anyhow if i put my notebook on my lap my lap covers the intake fan. so it gives me ackward position to use the laptop without a desk. so should i cover the fan or do something else to use it on my lap? (i would be traveling with it most of time and use without a desk)

well for me i sit the laptop on my lap but the fan which is on the side is on the edge of my lap so basically my lap isnt blocking the air flow. the seating position of the laptop isnt ideal but it helps keep the laptop cool.
