after buzzing sound solved what about CPU fan (running more than used to be before buzz solved)??

About the buzzing noise in core duo laptops in HP ones especially , i have made the USB and/or HLt command things and the noise was gone but i feel that the CPU fan is working more than it used to ,is this normal and safe or what,on the laptop itslef and the batteries knowing thatthese things have impact on battery life.
PS: I now on USB turning off metod and i turned off the CPU clock utility.
So is CPU fan running up and down every 2 minutes normal?safe?

Get Coretemp and observe the temp of the CPU. You need the CPU to throttle down so either use a CPU clock utility or Windows Power Options. Otherwise the fan will be on most of the time and the extra heat could be damaging to the laptop.
