is there anyway to not have the youcam software startup when i start a webcam chat with msn? whenever i start a webcam chat, there will be a little box that pops up that has all the effects. this is getting very annoying. also once i stop the chat, the full software will pop up.

In msn's preferences there will be two web cam devices listed. If you select the one that say something like "USB Webcam" it will not load YouCam.
