pretty much nothing beside updating to latest drivers or getting omega driver

you can try to OC with riva tuner but you won't see any significant performance boost with an intergrated card

As I was told, Nvidia locked all mobile GPU from over clocking. So really you can do nothing about it. I only tried to under clock the 6150, but also nothing happened.

How does the stock Go6150 perform with older titles? Stuff like the Sims 2? I know its not discreet, but is it impossibly slow for less intense stuff.

I play Unreal Tournament 2004 on mine - works good - but not the best,

    I got a Compaq Presario v3000z with a AMD Sempron 3400+
and 512mb mem, and in Unreal Tournament 2004 - walking around
    40-50fps - fight 25-40fps thats 800x600 defalut video setings

and that slowness may be due to not having more memory

I am on my 2nd laptop with the 6150
only thing I do is update drivers with the laptopvideo2go drivers and thats it
It runs EQ2 just fine on balance settings
    runs oblivion
    runs WoW
    hates NWN2 with a passion

but overall runs pretty well for intergrated card

I also have 1.5gigs of ram
was told 2 gigs gives the it a ful 128mb borrowed from ram while anything less then 2 gigs it only borrows 64mb
