    anybody has returned your HP notebook?

    If it is in 21-day limit, is it easy to return your machine with simple reason like "i found myself do not like this machine now"? I've heard that the repsentatives of HP will tell you to contact tech&support and sometimes
    it is rather a long time to argue with them that you just want a RMA to return your machine, is it true?

    Nah,not a big deal. Its their job to try to convince you to keep it but if you are set on returning just say so and you should be done within 10 minutes. The refund usually takes place couple of days after they receive the laptop from you.

    I actually went through a online chat with technical support, a case manager then soon called me via my cellphone.
    I believe you can get good services if u have a right number.
    thank Infamous22, I will keep this number on my book too.
