    Are you comparing 2gbs( 2 sticks of 1gb) at 533mhz and 1gb(2 sticks of 512mb) at 667mhz>

    I would go for the 2gb since you benefit more from the more ram available then the speed(i doubt you will really notice the difference between 1gb at 533 or 1 gb at 667). Also since your laptop has only 2 slots avaiable you would have to take out both those sticks to put in the 2x 1gb sticks.

    I have no idea about the quality of Hukommelses Hastighed ram though so...
