FIXED: Switching to fixed mode from dynamic with the new bios, fixes this issue.

I had a similar problem with Fear 3...

No answer. I also asked at steam forums and found many others with the same problem. A fix someone suggested didn't work so my only option, if I wanted dx11 graphics, was to play the game in windowed mode.

i have the same problem- updated drivers. goes away when using integrated graphics or playing in windowed mode.
also, the mouse is offset- ie, the mouse can move into the black bar area, so when i click on something, i need to put the mouse where the item would be if the screen was displaying normally (moved over).

Hmm. It seems as if the display driver is preventing you from changing it. I really don't know what to do to help here. Sorry.
