    Hi, I just found that my zv 5000 notebook have a very busy fan. It blows air frequently. Is it normal? Thanks.

    I have P4 2.8GHz processor
    512 MB ram
    ATI 9000 IGP graphic, 128mb shared memory
    60 GB hard drive

    I would say it's very normal for any notebook with a P4 CPU to be running the fan full time. The P4 consumes a hugh amount of power compared to the low power disipating Pentium M, and as such needs to get rid of the heat so a fan will be running at most times.
