I think they both use the wxga brightview display.. they are really nice if you ask me. Stick with Intel core2 and two gigs ram should be plenty of pep.

Should be same case/internals. This is a great design with excellent altec lansing speakers.

Battery life is heavily dependent if you order with 8400m gs and BT. I have BT and the 8400m gs and get around 2 hours with hi capacity 6 cell battery with WIFI on. Not great. With integrated intel graphis X3100 and no BT your battery time will improve ALLOT.

From the specs I found on this site, http://www.cooltoyzph.com/viewitem.php?iid=544

It looks like the 6603 uses the older Mobile Intel GM965 Express Chipset for the integrated GPU. The 8400m model has the 128mb. The 6700t has 256mb now. I could not see any mention of HDMI on the 6603. But it may have it with the nvidia card. I know the 6700 has hdmi with the 8400 option.

It looks like the 6700t is the newer model of the two. They are the same models for the most part. But I would go with the newer one if it were me. Mainly just to get the upgraded 8400m gs to 256 mb.

My advice is if you get the 8400m with BT get the extended or extra battery.
