also on the HP site on the 6500 it says:

15% off with purchase of $999 or more / or $200 Instant Rebate + Free Shipping, Free Printer & Free Upgrades*

so does this mean that i get 15% of this laptop when i buy it online (since its going to be over 1000 bucks...)

and in addition to that 15% off, could i use the student discount with that?

and answer my above question also!

    thanks alot,

    Dustin

and it seems that HP-bargain.com has better rebates.... you get 80 bucks back with a free shipping and free printer on the shopping-HP.com site

and then on HP bargain you get 200$ rebate, + free shiping and free printer...

You can't stack APP with coupons UNLESS you get a APP coupon via email. Occasionally they will send out APP incentives (usually something cheap like $10 off) which can be stacked with the APP discount.

Currently, you will find a better deal with the 15% off coupon than you will with APP. But APP is not a fixed % off, it varies- depending on model, stock, time of year, etc...
