    If the system uses a PATA JAE 50 or multibayII connector, then these are 9.5mm slim units would work. The SATA caddy using a SATA-to-PATA bridge chip on it. The multibayII plate unscrews to reveal the JAE 50 plug beneath it.

    This looks like a 9.5mm unit for a SATA optical drive connector and could probably be used if that little plug on the back is removed. Suggest having a scout around that shop.
