    :confused: I have a pavillion dv1000 laptop that when i try put put windows on would not see my hard drive but when i run a self test say that the hard drive is ok i have got another harddrive and it is doing the samething please has anyone got a clue what my prob can be thanks inadvance link.b

    you have to slipstream SATA drivers into the Windows Disc
    see the sticky on the top of the forum
