    can you return the laptop to HP for refund?

    im having issues with my HP and im still under manufacturer's warranty? do they let you return it for refund because I really just want to be done with it and get something else.

    You can only do that if you have had it for less than 30 days. After that, if the same issue needs to be fixed a 4th time you MIGHT be able to fight with the lemon law.

    yea...sorry to say if you had it over the return period your stuck unless something seriously goes wrong with the laptop...thats covered under manufacturers warranty..

    You have 21 days from the delivery date to request a refund. They will issue you a Return Authorization Number. You then have 5 days to drop it off at a FedEx for return. HP will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
