    can't do clean install of xp HELP!

    just got my dv5t...comes with vista. usually when i get a new laptop first thing i do is reformat with my own custom xp. i boot from cd and get this

    reburned xp couple times no luck...tried an old OEM version of xp and still get samething. my xp has sata drivers so i have no idea what is causing this. read some threads about installing clean xp and no luck

    please help!

    //EDIT: btw the blue screen of death appears after windows setup has installed all the drivers needed to install windows and right after "starting windows"
