You will be hard pressed to find reviews down to such a specific model number. As you've noticed, the 6195ca is Canada specific, but the same computer itself is sold under several different configurations and model numbers globally. Find any DV6 review based on this generation's model numbers (60xx or 61xx) and all the same will apply, give or take some configuration differences.

There a review on the German Notebookcheck site ( link, use Google Translate or other to read in English) with basically the same model but with the crappy 720p display. I think PC World has a review with an i3 processor. You can piece together a fairly good idea of performance and build quality if you read enough about individual components, and people's anecdotal evidence/reviews here.

Actually, you can also read through the newer dv7-6xxx reviews as well. It's the 17.3" model, but the gets are basically all the same. The differences will be in screen (size and quality), chassis (it is bigger, may feel different), battery life (17.3" screen may take more power, or it may have a larger battery to start with), and perhaps ports. Performance data should all be the same though.
