    Hello
    i am new here... i hope you all are doing well.
    please solve my problem; I download a movie last night its 1080i full HD 6.7gig file and in .mkv format. Usually i connect my laptop with my lcd tv via hdmi cable and watch hd movies. Quick time trailers work fine too. This time the movie hangs and pixels are destroyed... i cant watch the movie at all.

    I am using VLC media player and i have Sony LCD TV full HD. Please help me out.
