"It is obvious you are not using Adobe CS Master Collection, HP, and Creative Products. Run CC Cleaner if you have those on and you will see how all of them will go bonkers and how Windows will configure the software every time you run them. Just because CC Cleaner says it is not okay, it does not mean it needs to be removed."

i just read this in another thread and was wondering is it a known issue with hp products or is it safe to use. i dont want to mess up my system.

Well same here except that it deletes all my cookies and I have to reenter my passwords everywhere when I run it! Even though I have unchecked the delete cookies option :(

had no problem with installing cs4 and uninstalling cs3 before.

afaik there is no such problem that explicitly exists with hp notebooks. this is just someone that ran into some trouble with adobes creative suite installation.

there was the same happening when cs3 was released. don´t blame it on the computer, in most cases it is a problem with the os / installation of the os.

Go to Options/cookies and move the cookies you want to keep over to the "cookies toKeep" column. CC will not delete them.
