I was at bestbuy today looking at laptops, and noticed that some of the hp laptops had a centrino stickers on them, but the processors were p7350, I thought to be centrino it had to be p8400 and up? am I wrong ?

in order to have a centrino sticker it has to be a intel mobile processor, paired with intel chipset and intel wireless card. the p7350 is a mobile processor
-
yes, i confirmed the above statement.

yeah most of the time if the laptop has a core 2 duo sticker instead of a centrino sticker it's because the wireless module it uses isn't intel but probably artheros or broadcom, not because of the processor

Battery life would most likely be around the same time still.
centrino ?
