    HP, in it's own advertising, uses definitions as

    HD = 1366x768
    HD+ = 1600x900
    FullHD = 1920x1080

    There are replacement screens sold around the web for various laptop models. It should be replaceable as long as you can find one which is compatible with the 610 series.
