This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    i asked this in the sticky thread but no one responded...

    Does Compaq have their own coupons and special discounts or do general Hewlett Packard coupons work with Compaq Lappies too??

    what about student discounts?

    The coupons generally only work on the Pavilions. The APP still works though.

    If you are in school, call HP and ask if they have a deal with your college or university. You may be able to obtain a discount through your institiution.
