I just recieved the nx9420(2.0g with brightview). However, I checked hp website today. There is a newer model coming out, nx9420(2.16G, Brightview, 120G HDD)
Could I call hp and ask for an exchange for the newer model?

BTW: The buy is through federal goverment contract. the paper work is a lot of work.

    Thanks a lot.

I don't think the extra .16ghz are worth tha hassle. You are being greedy :)

Yet, you can return the laptop within 30 days and buy the new one.
